ICODE EXPERIENCES SIGNIFICANT MOMENTUM IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2005
Business Application Suite Provider Increases Employee and Customer Growth; Opens New Sales Office and Relocates India-Based Center to New State-of-the-Art Facility

Dulles, VA, June 21, 2005 iCode, Inc., a leading provider of Business Application Suite solutions for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), announced today that in the first half of 2005 the company experienced record growth across the organization. In support of this growth, the company opened a new sales and support office in Minneapolis, MN and relocated its India-based development operations.

Since the beginning of 2005, iCode has increased its employee base in the U.S. by 33 percent, primarily in the areas of sales, support and development. With over 155 employees world wide, the company expects to add over 60 additional positions by the end of the year. Fueling this growth is continued demand for its Everest® Business Application Suite, which offers a new level of clarity into a customer's business from the front- to back-office. In the past two quarters, iCode has added more than 100 SMB customers to its roster.

iCode has expanded its sales and support operations with an office location in Minneapolis, MN. The company has also relocated its India-based development operations to a 17,500 square foot space in the BAGMANE Tech Park, located in Bangalore, India. This state-of-the-art facility is one of the fastest growing development centers in India and is home to some of the most established and well-respected technology brands in the world including Hewlett Packard, Texas Instruments and Motorola.
