Availability of the latest version of its offering, Everest Advanced 3.0. It
offers customers several significant enhancements through new accounting,
inventory, analytics and performance features. Also new in this version are
Everest’s Software Development Kit (SDK) and Form Designer, which gives channel
partners the ability to customize Everest to meet their customers’ specific
requirements.
Everest Advanced is a business management software solution that provides SMBs
with an unparalleled view of their business by enabling them to track and manage
all key business operations from a single, integrated database. Everest manages

manage every aspect of their business from the storefront to the front and back
office with a new level of speed and accuracy.
“Everest Advanced 3.0 offers a business like ours the ability to see and manage all facets of our business including accounting, inventory and e-commerce from a single business management software that is tailored for a growing business,” said Jerry McKinney, vice president, at McKinney Corporation. “With the new accounting, inventory and dashboard analytics features, Everest Software has provided us with the tools we need to view all facets of our business from a single point of access.”

With Everest Advanced 3.0, Everest Software has responded to the market’s most critical challenges when it comes to optimizing and managing all financial, inventory, business and online operations from a single user interface. Everest Advanced 3.0 offers the following new features: |
Expanded Accounting Features: Everest Advanced 3.0 delivers greater flexibility, control and accuracy with the introduction of segmented accounting and configurable posting groups. Multi-segment accounting offers a configurable accounting structure that allows financial tracking of cost and profit centers, expanded budgeting capabilities, and business segment reporting. New configurable posting groups provide flexibility and control over automated account selection via user-definable rules that better match individual business processes. |
Enhanced Inventory Features: SMBs will now be able to better manage and optimize inventory as well as support an increased number of daily transactions. Everest Advanced 3.0 now allows custom design of barcode labels, configurable stock availability information based on location, improved fulfillment with single click pull sheets, and managed stock counts that allow businesses for increased productivity. Also included in Everest Advanced 3.0 is enhanced security and navigation to protect inventory usage across locations with improved audit trails. |

New Dashboard Analytics: Everest Advanced 3.0 increases the powerful dashboard analytics capabilities by combining Microsoft’s SQL Analysis OLAP technology with Microsoft SharePoint Services. Configurable key performance indicators and sales analytics can now be sliced, diced, and distributed easily because of the tight integration with Microsoft Office. |
New Everest’s SDK and Form Designer: With the new SDK and Form Designer options, Everest Advanced 3.0 can be configured and customized to meet specific needs or requirements. This new capability is enabled through an application programming interface (API), a documented database model, and the role-based data entry screen designer. |
