We understand our relation with partners and hence not all are taken to be the same. At iWaves you have an option to be a partner depending on the part of the team that you want to associate. We have our partner program divided into the following categories

Business Partners:
The Business Partner Program authorizes Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators to sell and support Infowaves products and third party product offerings that we deal in. Extensive support would be provided in the following areas.
Sales:

When you're out there selling, you want all the information you need at hand. And we're working hard to get it all to you. But what if you run into something you just can't answer yourself or something you'd like to run by someone else first? Talk to us! We're here for you. We want to give you whatever assistance you need to be successful as a Infowaves Business Partner.
Account Managers
Talk to your inside representative—your main contact point with us. Look for your  Account Manager to be involved with you on things like:

  • Assisting with proposals
  • Getting Sales Engineering assistance
  • Scheduling online demos
  • Assigning leads
  • Following up with you on leads in your pipeline to help maintain forecasting.

Engineering Support
With engineering support, you can talk directly to pre-sales and configuration experts. Infowaves Engineers assist with questions regarding technical requirements, implementation and/or configuration that may arise during the analysis or pre-sales phase of an account opportunity.

Marketing:

We're committed to aggressive, targeted marketing that generates qualified leads and results in sales. Our focused marketing strategy includes: advertising, trade shows, direct mail, public relations, innovative sales tools, promotions and more.

Training:

Your goal is to sell our customers a solution that fits their every need. And you need the most up-to-date information on all our products to achieve that goal. To that end, we provide you with application and sales education through classroom training, online instructional courses, remote user training, and customized programs. You'll be armed with the knowledge you need to remain a leading solutions provider of our applications.
Training

  • Technical courses provide training to pass Certified Consultant certification exam

Classroom and online training courses including special and advanced courses presented by leading Infowaves technical experts and development partners.

Consultants:
The Infowaves Certified Consultant Program is designed for individual software consultants, either independent or employed by a Infowaves Business Partner, seeking certification in the installation, implementation and support of Infowaves products. Certified Consultants are eligible for the same support services available to Business Partners including a complete product library.
Development Partners:

Development Partners
The Development Partner Program (DPP) facilitates the integration of third-party solutions with Infowaves products. Development Partners' third-party solutions are the most important resources for extending the functionality of Infowaves Solutions. Development Partners receive valuable benefits, including a variety of technical and marketing support, such as access to product demos and upgrades, access to technical tools and documentation, and product beta testing opportunities
