Jamshed D Adrianvala
Independent Director

A rank holder UDCT Chemical engineer with more than 48 years of experience in various industry verticals. Mr Jamshed has been a specialist in setting up processes and systems into various organizations all along his career.
Prior to joining Infowaves he was an executive at Tata Swadeshi Mills for several years. He also has experience as a consultant to various organizations in India and abroad.

Jamshed is a graduate in chemical engineering from UDCT Mumbai.

 Krishna Bhat

Director

A Chartered Accountant ,CISA with more than 10 years of experience in various industry verticals. Its because of the visionary focus of Mr. Bhat right from the day he joined as a director of the company that he was considered as the right choice by the board to lead the company as a mentor and advisor in its onward journey of growth.
Besides, iWaves Mr. Bhat is a director in several other organizations and very much an active partner in his own professional practice as a partner.

Mr. Bhat is a graduate in commerce from Mumbai University and is also a rank holder Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered

Siddharath Mahajan

 Experience of over 10 years in Chartered Account ,CISA ,LLB. Headed the internal function of pifzer and prior working in Deolite working as a Enterprise resource consultant over more than three years.
 
B.Y Olkar

 Experience of more than four decades in the Banking and Financial Industry Vertical. Mr Olkar started his career in Bank of India as Manager of several branches in India and overseas.
He retired from this illustrations career as Chief Executive of Foreign Exchange Dealers Association of India.

Olkar is a CAIIB and also a member of AIB institute of bankers , London. His professional memberships include being part of ICC - Paris, Indian institute of bankers, The association of  Certified Treasury Management -  Board of governors,  Member of Forex Market Technical Advisory Committee of RBI, Member of RBI committee on Foreign Currency/Rupee Option.

Aseem Keskar
President, Product Management

Aseem is responsible for the roadmap and design of all iWaves Software's products and projects undertaken. With more than 3 years experience in software engineering and development, Aseem has successfully developed, marketed and installed several commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. In addition to his role at Infowaves (India) Solutions Pvt Ltd, Aseem pioneered the development of iWare - iwaves online incident management and knowledge repository system.

Aseem is a graduate from Pune University in IT.

Prashant Kurse
Manager, Product Sales and Marketing (Small Business General)

Prashant is responsible for the most of the sales and marketing activities that are currently being handled at iWaves - the target being small businesses. With more than 3 years experience in product sales where prices are low and volumes is the name of the game.

Prashant is a graduate from Mumbai University in commerce.

Observers & Investors

Mayur Shah a CA & CISA is the promoter and his role is limited to that of an observer & investor to the company.

Vishwanathan Dixit a software technocrat who is an investor in the company.
