In 2000 when we conceptualized
iWaves,
we had one simple, yet elegant plan: to provide
solutions to the masses at the best value, in
order to help businesses be more successful.
We started at a time when
the software industry was passing through its
most difficult time i.e. immediately after the
dotcom bubble burst. There was chaos in the
market and people just did not believe/rely
on software solutions, vendors. It was under
these trying circumstances we evolved a concept
called iWaves.
iWaves
symbolize those ocean waves that keep rising
and growing after every tide that touches the
shore.
We further emphasized the following
strategies for businesses irrespective of their
size - In order to survive they must evolve.
Evolution means a process whereby businesses
are conducted in a manner that is more transparent,
efficient and productive. This was achievable
only through software support.
Customers needed the latest software
that fulfilled majority of their business processes
at the most competitive price. Software; in
itself was not the end but the beginning of
a long journey where we have to constantly innovate to enable our
growth.
We conceptualized iWaves not to sell
coded programs but instead provide solutions
to businesses based on their requirements.
Over the years we tested, implemented and even
had our own success stories which are like the
unknown tales of yore. We have implemented ERP
solutions across organizations where more than
80% of their work-force are semi- literate having
little or no knowledge of computers.
It’s the level of reliance placed
by the customers on us that has been fuelling
our growth in the last few years. Eventually
we become the sole IT support service provider
for all our customers and the relationship towards
a long journey starts. We not only become partners
in their progress but also in all their major,
strategic decisions.
